Got my first time offer kit come through. Have to say seriously under estimated how much you got for the money. I have 2 jacks and a sprollie. All fussy eaters however they love the minced heart with bone mix and the various other bits that came are going down a treat. Have to say was very impressed with the packing and at the speed in which it was delivered. Will definitely be ordering again once my freezer is empty. One ….actually 4 very happy customers

Amazingly prompt response to all my questions. Food arrived exactly when stated and still fully frozen. It all looks really great , but my dogs haven’t sampled it yet as I already had other stuff defrosted. I am sure if it’s as great as it looks I’ll have no complaints from them 🙂 Many thanks

My only complaint is that you don’t have a greater selection of meats (game and/or fish would be awesome) so that I can buy all my raw supplies from you 🙂
Hi, Have just received the starter pack, The meat looks fantastic. Along with the ribs spines and hearts, It looks very fresh unlike other meats I’ve had from else where. My cav decided to protect the box from my other two cockers.( must of smell fresh to have him guarding it!). They have just had a neck each plenty of meat on them. And they finished them all! So Yes I def recommend Natural Dogs Direct.
The best lamb bones for your best friend, so much meat on them; they are a meal on their own. Couldn’t be a nicer company to deal with either.

We got our delivery today and it was brilliant. Best packaging i,ve seen and all still frozen. My Great Danes loved the ribs ( I had to give in to the puppy dog eyes I was getting when unpacking) and they loved them. Very meaty and very fresh. Mince is defrosting for breakfast which also looks really good quality. Thank you natural dogs direct.
